Halogen Fiber Light Sources LQ
Halogen fiber light sources are suitable for all applications in which white light (3,000-3,400 °K) is required. Our extensive line of fiber light sources of the LQ series covers an output range of 20 W to 250 W. The commercially available and thus inexpensive halogen lamps used in our light sources feature a long life. Moreover, the lamps can be easily and quickly changed.

| Fiber light source LQ 1100
The LQ 1100 has a high intensity output and has been designed for continuous operation. The front panel has a high/low switch for normal (= 2,000 hours lamp life), or reduced (= 10,000 hours) lamp operation. This feature prolongs lamp life and reduces lamp changes. A condenser lens system provides homogeneous illumination over the entire field; this cannot be attained with a cold mirror halogen lamp (less light in the middle). An iris diaphragm provides precise and continuous regulation of the light intensity without altering the color temperature. A filter holder is provided for color or daylight filters. The front and sides of the metal housing are sealed to prevent stray light entering and affecting the inside work area. Housing with integrated low fan and back panel vents.
Fiber light source LQ 1600
The LQ 1600 contains a 150 W halogen lamp and is similar in appearance to the LQ 1100. The front panel has a high/low switch for normal (= 300 hours lamp life), or reduced (= 1,500 hours) lamp operation.
Fiber light source LQ 2600
The LQ 2600 contains a 250 W lamp and is similar in appearance to the LQ 1100 light source. Lamp life is app. 300 hours on normal operation and app. 1500 hours at reduced operation. |
