Our customers benefit from 25 years of experience in the production of opto-mechatronic systems in each cooperation phase and with respect to efficient system integration.

 

Our customers are located around the world, often manufacturers of laser marking systems and OEM manufacturers of scan heads.

 

The applications are just as varied and manifold. For example fine-edge blanking of copper sheets in the microelectronics industry, the stripping of thin layers in flat screen manufacturing, on-the-fly micro perforation of paper panes as well as laser marking of self-adhesive foils in the consumer industry.

 

The product and services spectrum of the market segment Laser Material Processing comprises:

 

  • A standard program of F-Theta-Ronar lenses for the laser wavelengths 355 nm, 532 nm, 830 nm and 1064 nm for scan fields of 30 mm x 30 mm up to max. 400 mm x 400 mm, partially consisting of quartz for higher laser capacity

 

  • A standard program of variable enlargement 2x ... 8x beam expanders for the laser wavelengths 355 nm, 405 nm, 532 nm, 633 nm, 780 nm, 830 nm and 1064, manual or motorised design

 

  • Fixed enlargement beam expanders 2x, 5x, 10x for 532 nm und 1064 nm, partially made of quartz for higher laser capacity

 

  • Customized development of lenses and modules

 

  • Feasibility studies
